Joining & Eligibility
Who can become a partner?
Anyone who can introduce local businesses to ReVisit: consultants, agencies, billing or POS sellers, accountants, or someone who simply knows a lot of shop owners. You need a mobile number for your account and an Indian UPI ID or bank account to receive payouts.
Does it cost anything to join? Is there a target?
Joining is free. There is no fee, no target and no minimum number of shops. Refer one shop or a hundred.
How do I join, and how long does it take?
Tap "Apply to become a partner", sign up with your mobile number and enter your name. That's it: there is no approval step, and your partner code and link work straight away.
I already use ReVisit as a shop owner or customer. Can I join?
Shop owners can join on their existing account: sign in and open Profile, then Partner program, and apply there. There is no new login, and your own shop can't be referred with your code. Customers need a separate partner account with a different mobile number, since each mobile number can hold only one ReVisit account.
Referring shops
How do shops sign up with my code?
Share your partner link or show your QR code from your dashboard. When a shop owner opens it, your code is filled in automatically when they create their ReVisit account. They can also type your 8 character code into the signup form by hand.
A shop signed up but forgot my code. Can it still count?
Yes, if it is not already linked to another partner. Email us at sales@navyats.com with the shop name and its phone number. We check it and link it to you. Commission starts from the shop's next payment after linking.
Can I refer a shop that already uses ReVisit?
Only if it is not already linked to another partner. A shop can be linked to one partner only, and if two partners claim the same shop, we decide who it belongs to.
What should I tell shop owners?
Explain what ReVisit does and point them to our website for features and prices. Every new shop can start with a free pilot and our team helps with setup. Please do not promise features, prices or discounts that are not on our website.
Can I offer shops a discount?
Partners cannot create discounts. If a shop uses a ReVisit coupon at checkout, your commission is worked out on the discounted price.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Commission is for bringing in businesses you do not own, run or control. Self-referrals do not earn commission.
Earning commission
How much do I earn?
15% of every subscription payment a shop you referred makes, monthly or yearly. For example, a shop on Growth yearly pays ₹2,499, so you earn ₹375 that year and again every year it renews.
How long do I keep earning?
For as long as the shop keeps paying for ReVisit and your partner account stays active. Every renewal earns you commission again, there is no end date.
Is commission calculated on GST?
No. It is worked out on the plan price after any coupon, before GST and other taxes.
Do I earn during a shop's free pilot?
No. The pilot is free for the shop, so there is nothing to earn on it yet. You earn from the first paid plan onwards.
What if a shop upgrades, downgrades or stops paying?
You earn on whatever the shop actually pays, so an upgrade earns you more. If a shop stops renewing, you stop earning from it, but you keep everything you already earned.
What if a shop gets a refund?
New shops can ask for a refund within 7 days of their first payment. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is cancelled. That is why payouts wait until this window has passed.
What about shops outside India?
Commission is worked out in the currency the shop paid in, for example US dollars. Your dashboard shows totals for each currency separately.
Getting paid
When am I paid?
7 days after the shop's payment, once the refund window has passed. Each commission on your dashboard shows the date it is due and, once paid, the payment reference.
How am I paid?
By UPI or bank transfer to the account you add under Payout account. Before your first payout we send ₹1 to confirm the account is yours. If you change your payout details, we confirm the new account again before paying into it.
Will tax be deducted?
Commission is your income and you are responsible for tax on it. Where the law requires us to deduct tax at source (TDS), we deduct it and give you the certificate. We may ask for your PAN for this.
How do I track my shops and earnings?
Your partner dashboard shows every shop you referred, which ones are paying, and your commission: due, paid and when. You can also turn on alerts for when a shop joins, when you earn commission and when you are paid.
Rules and support
Can the commission rate change?
We may change the rate for future payments, and we will tell you before it happens. A change never applies to commission you already earned.
Can I leave the program?
Yes, any time. Email us and we close your partner account. Commission you earned properly before leaving is still paid.
What can get a partner account suspended?
Self-referrals, fake shops or accounts, spam, misleading claims about ReVisit, or presenting yourself as a ReVisit employee. The full list is in our Terms.
